  • Made from Gohyakumangoku rice.
  • Rice Polishing Ratio 60%.
  • Junmai Classification, Yamahai Starter Fermentation.
  • 300 ml Bottle Size.
  • ABV 15.9%.
  • A nutty, raisin, and funky earthy aroma with a touch of spice.
  • A multi-layered flavour in the mouth with elements of butterscotch, walnut bread and honey mead. Finishing with a dry, acidic and umami dominant impression. Interesting complexity and balanced structure in this sake makes it a winner alongside many foods.
  • Food matches mushrooms, soft funky cheeses, miso-based dishes, salami, Pizza and hearty meat or seafood braised dishes. Grilled steaks and hamburgers.
  • This sake can be served at any temperature – chilled, room temperature or warmed. The flavour profile will change with heating and will develop depth and richness. At cooler temperatures some sweet notes may be emphasised.
  • Store in a cool, dark place. After opening keep refrigerated.
