A medium bodied sake with great structure and an elegant and smooth palate. Medium sweet fruity notes dominate with a clean finish and gentle acidity.
Food matches include seafood platters – prawns, scallops, oysters and lobster, grilled snapper and baked salmon dishes. Thai-style seafood dishes and stir-fried chicken dishes. Try with a vegetable risotto or quiche. Great versatility with food.
Recommend serve chilled (in a tulip-shaped glass to capture all the beautiful aromatics).
