A medium bodied sake with gentle fruitiness and a lightly texture that sweeps quickly over your palate. A really cleansing and refreshing sake with light acidity that creates a clean crisp finish.
This sake screams for a huge salad packed with crisp garden vegetables and a light dressing. Food matches include seafood platters – prawns, scallops, oysters and lobster, grilled snapper and baked salmon dishes. Thai-style seafood dishes and stir-fried chicken dishes. Try with a vegetable risotto or quiche.
