Beautiful alluring aromas of melon, apple, white peach and perfumed persimmon.
Luxurious silky smooth texture and mouthfeel with beautiful balance and finesse. Juicy and fruit forward sweetness but sophisticated and clean with some bright acidity on the finish.
Is a beautiful elegant sip on its own but pairs well with scallops, prawn cocktail, steamed fish or chicken and seafood platters. Seafood dumplings, vermicelli salad or grilled salmon. A great partner for pearl meat, abalone or lobster.
Serve chilled , best suited in the 8-10 degree range temperature. Suits wine glass style stem-ware or thin walled drinking vessel to capture beautiful aromatics.
