Made with popular locally grown table rice variety – Hitomebore.
Rice Polishing Ratio 55%.
Junmai Ginjo Classification. Fermented using indigenous Miyagi yeast and soft water sourced from nearby Mount Izumigatake.

This sake has aromas of banana, pear and grape with a hint of pineapple and fresh cucumber.
This sake has a richly textured palate that starts with a hint of sweet fruitiness and quickly opens to a dry, crisp nacho pear finish. A refined and delicious drink that expresses the umami of the local rice.
Food matches – really flexible sake to drink with food and it suits all manner of savoury dishes. Grilled chicken and steak and marinated Korean beef or pork dishes. Thai and Malaysian curry dishes and rich tomato lasagne or pasta dishes. Equally at home with the salami, cheeses and dips on a platter.
Serve chilled and use a wine (tulip -shaped) glass to capture the aromatics.
