Soft fruity aroma with a toasted grain note.
A medium-bodied sake that starts with a peaches and cream fruitiness and transitions to a dry, cereal, light umami finish. The relatively low polishing ratio and cold fermentation technique of this sake means it sits in the mid zone between overt fruitiness and umami. Because of this it may ring some bells for wine drinkers because of it’s smooth, vinous texture much like that of a dry white wine.
